You’ll earn 1 point for every £1 spent. When you spend your points, 1 point = 1p off your purchase. - Extra Perks
Sometimes we’ll offer bonus points, special promotions, or other rewarding surprises. While your earning rate may increase during these events, it will never drop below the standard rate. - Using Points
Points can only be redeemed on future purchases once they’ve been earned and added to your account. We’re unable to credit points retroactively or apply them before they’ve landed. - No Cash Value
Points can’t be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of Rooke’s Pet Products. They can only be redeemed against items we sell. - Eligibility
