Face of Rooke’s Competition – Terms and Conditions

 

The competition will run from Sunday 25th August 2024 and will close for entries at 4pm on Sunday 6th October 2024.

  1. The competition is open to everyone. However, employees of Rooke’s, or any of their respective associated companies, their immediate families or any person otherwise connected with the competition shall not be eligible for entry.
  2. To qualify for entry, forms must be completed online no later than 4pm on Sunday 6th October 2024.
  3. Entry photos submitted into the competition must be recent. And only one pet per photo, per entry.
  4. Fifteen (15) finalists will be selected after entries close, and will be announced on Saturday 12th October 2024 for public voting.
  5. The competition (including public voting) will close at 4pm on Sunday 27th October 2024.
  6. The winner will be announced on Thursday 31st October 2024, and will be determined by the highest number of votes made by the general public via the Rooke’s Pet Products website. The decision made is final. The winner will be notified by email by Thursday 31st October 2024; in the event that the winner cannot be contacted or is otherwise unable to take up the prize, Rooke’s reserves the right to award the prize to the finalist at the same time as the original and using the same criteria from the remaining qualifying entries.
  7. The finalists (excluding the winner) will each receive a prize of a £10.00 Rooke’s voucher to spend in store.
  8. There is one winner. The winning prize for 1st place is a £100.00 Rooke’s voucher to spend in store, an exclusive 12 month Rooke’s discount valid from 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025. The discount applies only to advertised or shelf prices and varies by product. The discount cannot be used on items already on special offer, in a sale, part of a special deal, or with any other reduced pricing.
  9. The winning pet must be available to travel to our Spalding store for their winner’s photo shoot where the images will be used across all Rooke’s marketing material (as they become the next ”face” of Rooke’s) including, but not limited to, social media, newspaper and magazine advertisements, and featured on our website for the same 12 month period (1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025).
